Maria Thomas
NURSE PRACTITIONER
Maria Thomas is a board-certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of clinical experience. She earned her MSN-FNP degree from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in 2012.
She provides care for patients of all ages, with a focus on preventative medicine, managing chronic conditions, and meeting the unique needs of geriatric patients.
Outside of her work, Maria enjoys spending time with her family and traveling, maintaining a healthy balance between her career and personal life.

Dr. Kannappan Krishnaswamy, affectionately referred to as “Dr. K” by his patients, stands as an eminent figure in the realm of healthcare. As a distinguished Board Certified Internal Medicine physician, his expertise encompasses a holistic approach to the well-being of both adults and older children.
Dr. K has dedicated 25 years to the field of medicine, caring for patients both locally and around the world. He is well known and respected in the community and has made a lasting impact on Sealy through his years of service and commitment to his patients. His experience and steady presence have earned the trust of many families, and his focus has always been on providing thoughtful, compassionate care.
